Refund Policy
Regular Flight Training:
Majestic Aviation, LLC, accepts funds for prepayment of tuition for application fees and tuition cost that includes ground and flight lessons. Funds received for these purposes by the student or a person on behalf of the student accepts the following refund policies described in this document. Majestic Aviation, LLC., will refund the student, or the person who paid on behalf of the student, the tuition that was paid in relation to all programs in which the student is enrolled under the following conditions:
1. Majestic Aviation, LLC, receives a written notice of withdrawal from the student, or the student’s parent, legal guardian, or person that paid the students tuition, no later than seven days after the effective contract date and before any training has begun.
2. If the training agreement has been signed by the student, the student’s parent, legal guardian, or person that paid the students tuition less than seven days before the training start date and training has not begun, Majestic Aviation, LLC., will need to receive a notice of withdrawal from the student, student’s parent, legal guardian, or whomever paid the students tuition.
In the above cases, Majestic Aviation, LLC will refund the tuition for any program enrolled in and paid by the student, the student’s parent, legal guardian, or person that paid the students tuition less the following amounts: $250 Application Fee, 3.5% Credit Card or Bank Fees, Ground School Kits, Bookstore Purchases, and a $150 Refund/Drop Fee.
After the start of training, no refund will be made for actual flight cost, ground lessons, cancellation or no show fees, aircraft damages, $250 application fee, 3.5% credit card or bank fees, finance charges, bookstore purchases, ground school kits, testing paid on your behalf, and a $150 refund or drop fee. Funds may be kept on the account to be used for future training, currency or aircraft rentals at the current rate charged at the time of use. Refunds of any balances left in the account less the above charges will be considered if a written notice of withdrawal has been received with 180 days of the withdrawal date. Refunds will also be considered within 180 days if Majestic Aviation, LLC., provides a notice of dismissal to the student. If a student fails to attend 30% of classes, grounds school, or flights, Majestic Aviation, LLC., may retain up to 50% of tuition paid in addition to the above listed fees.
Zero to Hero or Professional Pilot Training
Students enrolled in and paid for the professional pilot program also known as zero to hero will be refunded according the following:
1. Majestic Aviation, LLC, receives a written notice of withdrawal from the student, or the student’s parent, legal guardian, or person that paid the students tuition, no later than seven days after the effective contract date and before any training has begun.
2. If the training agreement has been signed by the student, the student’s parent, legal guardian, or person that paid the students tuition less than seven days before the training start date and training has not begun, Majestic Aviation, LLC., will need to receive a notice of withdrawal from the student, student’s parent, legal guardian, or whomever paid the students tuition.
3. Prior to training beginning, a refund of $100% will be given less the following fees: $250 Application Fee, 3.5% Credit Card or Bank Fees, Ground School Kits, Bookstore Purchases, and a $150 Refund/Drop Fee.
4 After training has begun, the following fees are not refundable: actual flight cost, ground lessons, cancellation or no show fees, aircraft damages, $250 application fee, 3.5% credit card or bank fees, finance charges, bookstore purchases, ground school kits, testing paid on your behalf, and a $150 refund or drop fee.
5. Balances in your account less the above non-refundable fees will be refunded as follows:
Up to 25% of class completed a refund of 75%.
Up to 50% of classes completed a refund of 50%.
Up to 75% of classes completed a refund of 25%.
More the 75% of classes completed no refund issued.
International Students:
If an international student provides the school, FAA, DHS, or any other government or financial body inaccurate or false information, no refunds will be issued. Otherwise, a notice of withdrawal can be given within 180 days of withdrawal date and the zero to hero polices above will apply.
General Refund Policies:
The following policies will apply to purchases and agreements entered into with Majestic Aviation, LLC:
No refunds for services provided or paid on your behalf.
There will be no refund issued for Ground School Kit.
There will be no refunds on bookstore purchase or supplies purchased.
Registration fee is non-refundable.
Credit Card and Bank Fees will not be refunded.
Aircraft Damages (Your Fault) will forfeit refunds.
Loans finance companies for flight training charge at 10% fee on balances to process refunds many times.
Cancellation or no show fees.
Gift Certificates are not refundable, but they are transferable.
Tours are not refundable.
No refunds will be given if the student misrepresented data on FAA, Medical, or school documents.
